A very merry unbirthday to you! The Mad Hatter is one of the most perplexing characters in Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland as well as in its sequel Through the Looking-Glass. While hanging out with the March Hare and a small rodent, the Mad Hatter spends his time reciting riddles that even he himself cannot answer and drinking tea from broken chinaware. The insanity of the Mad Hatter can easily be seen during the tea party scene in Alice in Wonderland when he attempts to fix a broken pocket watch by spreading butter inside of it and dunking it in his tea.

Dressing as the Mad Hatter

Why is a raven like a writing desk? Don't know the answer? That’s perfect! Neither did the Mad Hatter. Portray him in all his insane glory at your next costume party. This costume comes complete with a royal blue velveteen jacket, attached white shirt, argyle-print pants, and three tier velveteen hat with the classic "10/6" label, just as the Mad Hatter wears.
