Dressing up as an English Nanny
Acheive a look that would do Mary Poppins proud with an English Nanny costume. Done with Victorian styling with a high-necked white lace blouse attached to a long, black frock coat with a full, blue skirt peeping out, you will be practically perfect in every way! Also included is a flat, floppy hat adorned with flowers and a wide brim as well as a large embroidered bag. Pack it full of goodies!
