The Devil takes many forms. However, whether he -- or she -- is seen as a frightening vision of evil; or a suave, sophisticated entity, the devil is rarely seen without a pointed tail (because the devil is in "de" tails!) and most importantly, a pair of horns. Some are rather large and unwieldy, looking like the classic image of ancient lore with massive goat or ram's horns atop his head. Other more modern re-creations of Old Scratch feature tiny, pointed horns that protrude from the top of the scalp indicating a sinister, otherworldly presence.

Dressing up with Devil Horns

No devil costume is complete without a pair of devil horns, the finishing touch and "crowning" glory to a truly wicked look. Whether you're attending a costume party with a supernatural theme, or if you happen to be a sports fan of the New Jersey Devils, Duke Blue Devils, or any other team that has a mephistophelian mascot, rock some horns to show your true colors. A variety of styles and colors of devil horns can be found. Some are small and simple, attached to the forehead with spirit gum or already adhered to a headband to place on top of your head. Other newer styles include clip in devil horn barrettes that work well for either men or women, giving the illusion of a pair of pointed horns growing directly from the top of your head.
