Over the past several decades, the status quo of celebrity has changed. The '50s yielded such elegant class acts like Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn and even glamourous bombshells like Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield. Today, sex sells with gals like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears weekly fixtures on TMZ.

Dressing up as a Celebrity

You don't have to live in Hollywood to dress the part of a celebrity! Take it classy and classic with a Breakfast At Tiffany's inspired Audrey Hepburn costume or scratch your Seven Year Itch with a Marilyn Monroe blonde, bombshell wig and infamous white dress. Don't stand over an air vent if you're not prepared to flaunt it, honey!

For something a bit more current and tabloid-worthy, grab a baby doll and cover his head with a blanket as you're sporting the Michael Jackson "Whacko Jacko" mask and a single, sequinned glove. A few Paris Hilton costumes are also available, in jail and non-jail variety. We highly recommend wearing them WITH panties. Same goes for a Britney Spears costume!

For a touch of class to a couple's costume, you may want to dress as Britain's hottest import, the Beckhams. Affectionately known to the press as "Posh and Becks," Victoria and David Beckham are the pairing of the fashionable Spice Girl and the man's man soccer star. Dress in your finest couture with a blonde, bob wig and gentlemen can kick around in a soccer costume. Prepare for the paparazzi onslaught!
