Pen and Ink (couple idea)

One person (the tall skinny one) wears a top hat, all same color outfit, with a "pen clip", etc

Other person cuts out foam, dyes it black, and wears it somewhat like an M&M outfit would be. Or, could also dress as the bottle-- with hoop rings (like from a hoop skirt) covered, and a modified top hat for a lid...
