Polar Bear needs slogan / props

I am renting a Polar bear costume and I want to play off the environment / polar ice caps melting / polar bears drowning theme. My original idea was to make a polar bear life guard, but a lot of people weren't catching on.

Maybe a polar bear with bright orance arm muscles?

I then thought of some more direct approaches, like a tshirt that said "DO SOMETHING" or "SAVE US" or even "Heart Gore"

Please let me know if you have any ideas.
